Therefore their capacities can vary from one glass to another by +/- 3 cl.

DESCRIPTION :

We offer you this Bamboo glass in collaboration with “Les Sauvages”, in a limited edition.

The glasses are made from the world's most sustainable and renewable plant: bamboo, which is the fastest growing plant on Earth.

The bamboo glass is an original accessory: both for bars and restaurants that want to surprise their customers, and for individuals who want to impress their guests.

Bamboo glass is strong, easy to clean and can be reused for several months or even years.

Bamboo is naturally anti-bacterial and creates over 35% more oxygen than other trees.

USE :

Our bamboo glasses are suitable for cold or room temperature drinks.

Very practical for consuming cold liquids such as carbonated drinks, smoothies or even cocktails.

Do not expose your bamboo glass to high heat.

Bamboo cups are not edible.

We recommend washing your glass after each use:

1) Rinse it with warm water and a little soap and let it air dry. For better preservation of the wood, you can leave it in your refrigerator or in a dry place.

 OR

2) Put it in the dishwasher and then air dry it. We recommend removing your glasses when drying (or running the program without drying). This will help preserve your bamboo glass for as long as possible.

3) If you want to disinfect your glass, we recommend boiling water with white vinegar and salt (1 teaspoon for 30cl of water). Soak your glass for 5 to 8 minutes then rinse it with lukewarm water. Let it air dry.

To keep your bamboo glasses as long as possible, we recommend leaving them in the open air, in a ventilated place. There is no risk that well-preserved glasses will mold or rot.

DELIVERY AND RETURN TIMES

Once your order is placed, we prepare and ship it within 48 working hours.

You will receive a tracking number by email to allow you to track the delivery of your order as soon as it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the delivery time depends on the destination from Metropolitan France:

• 48 hours or 2 working days: to Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Monaco, Andorra

• 5 to 7 days (indicative time): to overseas destinations (1)

• 7 to 10 days (indicative time): to overseas destinations (2)

(1) OM: Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Réunion and Mayotte. Overseas territorial communities: Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint Pierre and Miquelon.

(2) OM: New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Southern Lands, Wallis and Futuna.

You can return the products to us within 14 days after the receipt date indicated by the tracking. The products must meet the following criteria:

- not having been used

- be complete

- not be damaged

We ask you to send us an email requesting a return and refund with your contact details as well as your order number and your bank details. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the goods have been received and checked, we will make the refund by transfer within 30 days.

In accordance with the law, personalized products are not eligible for return.
